Turnaround

Our current turnaround is 14 days (not business, but actual). We strive hard to stay within that time frame. More often than not, you will receive your order quicker than 14 days. There are some rare occasions where an order may take slightly longer. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately and let you know why there is a delay. Some of our products take longer than the 14 day turnaround, and there also may be cases where a blank item is out of stock. The 14 days is not a guarantee, but is more a guideline for you to plan around.

Payment

All orders are expected to be paid in full before we start any production on your order. Requiring payment in full is the only way we have been able to keep ourselves profitable in this business. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, And American Express. No cash or checks.

Under/Over Run

Many companies will penalize you if there is an under or over run and we do not believe that is fair. If there is an under run and we do not give you all the items you ordered, you be refunded for items you did not receive. If there is an over run, you will not be made to pay for the extras. We will simply send those with you free of charge and thank you for your business.

Minimums

Most items start with a minimum of 12 for apparel items. There some items, such as banners and scrims, that you may purchase 1 of. Please visit the product page you are wanting to know about to find out a minimum quantity.

Deadlines

Our normal turnaround is 14 days. If you need your merchandise much quicker, we can work with you to ensure that you get it in time. We will do our best to make your deadline, but it is not guaranteed. If you want a guaranteed delivery sooner than the 14 days, you will be required to pay a rush fee.

Social Media and our Website

We love to show off the work that comes through our doors. Unless we hear from you otherwise, you are granting us permission to use any of your items we produced on our website and social media sites.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to find you a product that is similar or we you can simply wait it out until it is in stock or we can issue a refund.

Print sizes Sizes

Unless you plan on paying extra screen charges, all items will be printed with the exact same screens and the exact same design. For example, you have a design that is 14″x19″ and it takes up the entire front of a small shirt, but looks much smaller on a 2XL shirt. This is normal and the standard for screen printing. If you are wanting larger prints for the larger shirts, you must pay additional screen fees.

Seam, Collar & Zipper Printing

Any printing on or over any seams or zippers is subject to printing inconsistencies and/or distortion. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered misprints.

Image Placement

We do our best to place your design exactly where you want it on your apparel, but there will always be slight variations in where the image is print on the apparel. This is considered normal in the printing industry and refunds will not be given for placement unless it is printed in the wrong location.

Manufacturer Defects

My Custom Band Merch is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, label inconsistencies and garment defects. We do our best to inspect the garments as they are printed but we can not guarantee each garment. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size.

Ink Colors & Matching

We strive to get your ink colors printed to your exact specifications. However, do to the nature of printing and a number of variables, it is almost impossible to get an exact match. Comparing a printed shirt and a design on a computer screen can be almost impossible to get spot on. We do not issue refunds for colors unless it is way off.

Guarantee

My Custom Band Merch fully stands behind our work. If for any reason we made a mistake printing your order and it is not what was agreed upon and falls outside of these terms & conditions, we will gladly reprint your order within 5 working days. We do not offer refunds.

Pricing

We have the right to change our prices at any time. If you were quoted out on a price, that price is valid for 30 days from the day the quote was given.

Shipping

Almost all of our shipping is done through UPS with the rare occasion that we may use the USPS. We are not responsible for weather delays, transportation problems, or anything else that could impede your package from arriving once it is in the delivery services hands.

Checking Your Order

Please check your order and notify us of any problems within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for error orders after 24 hours.

Cancellation

Canceled orders prior to printing are subject to a 15% restocking fee (based on order value) plus any additional fees incurred. Once shirts have been printed, cancellations will not be accepted.
