What is a screen charge and how much does it cost?

Every color that is used in a design must have its very own silk screen.  When printing, it is very important to keep the ink colors separate therefore we use multiple screens.  We separate your design into colors and place them on the screen.  Our screen charge is $12 per color.

What file types do you accept and are there any minimum requirements for the artwork?

We generally prefer to have your design in PSD, JPG, AI, ESP, and TIF.  When submitting your artwork, the file must be created in 300dpi and must be the actual size that you want it on the shirt.  Do not try to create your image at a small resolution and expect to just blow it up at the end of designing.  This will result in a very blurry or pixelated design.

What is your minimum order?

Our lowest minimum order is 12 items with one color ink.  You can order a two color design at 24 items.  Anything above 2 colors is also 24 items.

What is your turnaround time for my custom band merch?

Assuming all artwork and payment goes correctly, you can receive your merch within 1 week if you are relatively close to our headquarters.  Typical turnaround is 1 and a half to 2 weeks.

What is your payment policy?

All payments must be received in full before we start an order.  Our company has had to recently change this due to too many bands not paying some or in full for their order.  While we know there are many bands out there that are trustworthy, we simply cannot print before payment any more due to the tremendous cost when bands do not make payments.  All of our payments are done through PayPal.  We will send you an invoice to your e-mail address where you can make your payment.  You do not need to be a PayPal member to make a payment.  You can easily use your credit or debit card.

What is a common shipping estimate?

Shipping varies tremendously according to your location.  However, on a typical 50 shirt order, we will have shipping charges in the $18-22 range.  100 shirt orders are often in the $36-40 range.
